grately apreciate schooling. Most schools are used buildings and sometimes the buildings are worn down. Some schools that are in Zaire have lower priced schooling but if there GDP was higher they would be able to afford school. In Zaire most students dont graduate because they cant afford it. In Ziare there is 13 years of schooling and they must attend all 13 years to graduate.
